At ClassroomFlow, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and support materials that empower educators to build smooth, structured, and sustainable classroom systems. Due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain the following refund and return policies:
All purchases of digital products—including video trainings, workbooks, downloadable resources, and classroom tools—are non-refundable.
Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund.
Why? These resources deliver immediate value and are non-returnable by nature.
For high-investment partnerships like our Climate Alignment Program and Mastery Licenses, we offer structured rollout and onboarding plans. Refunds will not be issued once a kickoff call has been completed or program access has been granted.
However, we understand unexpected shifts happen. In select cases, we may:
Transfer access to another school within the district
Defer the rollout start date to a future term
Reassign seats for teacher licenses if staff transitions occur
All such accommodations are subject to written agreement and administrative approval.
If ClassroomFlow offers physical toolkits or books in the future, a separate return policy will be published here.
