THE CLASSROOMFLOW STORY

Where struggle became structure — and structure became a system.

ClassroomFlow was born from the one truth Andrew Seyfried learned early: you cannot control children, but you can set them up for success through the structure of the classroom.
But that discovery didn’t come easily.

Andrew didn’t enter education with a natural gift for structure or order. In fact, the opposite was true. Born with ADD, ADHD, and FAS, he grew up labeled the “bad kid,” constantly told to sit down, be quiet, and stop being the center of attention. Nothing about organization, routines, or predictability came naturally. Every piece of structure he uses today had to be built on purpose.

His first classroom—an enormous preschool room shared with multiple teachers and no systems—was a wake-up call. Doing “whatever felt right” only created more problems. The chaos taught him a painful but lasting lesson: classrooms rise or fall on their structure. Not on rewards. Not on tricks. But on the unseen systems beneath everything—including the ones that build relationships.

Years later, working in an inner-city school with the toughest “red-level” students, Andrew was given more of them than anyone else. The same intentional strategies he developed for the himself began working for every child, not just a few. Students others had given up on were suddenly thriving. The biggest breakthroughs came not from behavior charts or points, but from the predictable, consistent systems he had built over the years of teaching.

That’s when the pattern became clear:

If structure can benefit one student…
it can benefit a classroom.
And if it can transform a classroom…
it can transform a school.

ClassroomFlow grew from that realization — a fully developed, 12-Point Framework designed to strengthen the foundation and structure of every classroom so teachers teach better, students learn better, and learning time is reclaimed.

Today, districts use ClassroomFlow because it was forged through real struggle, proven in real classrooms, and built on governing principles that work anywhere — even in the classrooms where most systems fail.

GUIDING EDUCATORS TO ELIMINATE DISRUPTIONS AND RECLAIM LEARNING TIME WITH BOTH PRECISION AND PERMENANCE

Andrew is also recognized for his leadership in early childhood education, having partnered with the United Way to transform a struggling early education program into a Paths to Quality Level 3 school in just two years — a feat that had eluded the program for over a decade.

This rapid turnaround wasn’t luck. It was the result of the same ClassroomFlow framework Andrew now teaches in the Order Over Chaos Masterclass — a system built to address root causes, align teachers with proven practices, and deliver measurable results fast.
